d4ed4b70a3 Add quotes around shutdown 1 
`gorcon/rcon-cli` treats space separated arguments as separate commands.
Adding quotes around `rcon-cli "shutdown 1"`, forces rcon-cli to treat
it as a single command.

15b5c6881d Add ADMIN_PASSWORD env variable 
# Motivations
Being able to configure the admin password would be quite helpful

# Modifications
- Add `ADMIN_PASSWORD` to the list of environment variables, which adds `--adminpassword` to the server arguments
